I've always been impressed with downtown auto. This time they really helped me out though. Other shops said they wouldn't even look at my car for over a week and downtown got it in and finished within 2 days. Wouldn't dream of recommending another shop.

They were able to get me an appointment when I needed it, let me know over the phone if they ran into something else other than what it was in for, and have always done good work.

do not use this tow truck company they are scams. they told us a crazy price to haul a van from Galesburg il to Clinton ia. what a rip off company. front bumper almost got rip off the van until i said something... my lawyer was informed about all this

I always feel confident about going to Downtown Auto. I trust their opinions, they do good work, and they are very respectful to women, good communicators, and their computer system is accurate and helpful rather than a hindrance. They're honest and down to earth. Their prices are reasonable. Having a good mechanic is important to me.
